Manuel Parra is a dedicated and experienced attorney proudly serving El Paso and the surrounding West Texas region. Born and raised in El Paso, Manuel has deep roots in the community he now fights to protect and defend. After graduating from Socorro High School, he pursued his passion for justice at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), earning his undergraduate degree. He then continued his education at NYU School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor.
